I like to help people to live authentic, connected lives. I enjoy being of service to others, enabling them to lead themselves and self- authorize. Exploring our inner universe, becoming more aware of who we are and let ourselves guide from that space – this is my approach.

When your inner experience shifts, your outer life follows – I help you make that shift. Community plays a crucial role in this, and I am here to facilitate that, that is why we only work with small, curated groups. Especially in the psychedelic space community is a critical pillar for one’s ability to become vulnerable and develop faith.

Creating change in an overwhelmed, mis-connected world is what makes me happy.

Just like anyone’s life, mine was full of changes and twists. From watching a government fall to reinventing my own studies, I learned early to navigate uncertainty.

I spent 18+ years in senior HR leadership in Germany, France, and the Netherlands, guiding leaders and teams through transformation – even in demanding times. At the same time, music and culture shaped me deeply; writing in the international music industry taught me the power of creativity and presence. From that place I developed my own Coaching & Integration Framework called RISE.
